How To Apply

Applying to Western is easy! Just follow these 4 steps.

Step 1

Complete an online part-time application. When completing the application please indicate program code EO (Social Science) and program year as 'advanced standing' (not year 1). Click Here. Don't forget to write down your OUAC reference number. It looks like this - 2011-######-0.

Step 2

While you are filling out the application, it will ask you if you would like to order transcripts to be sent. Please have the electronic transcripts sent where applicable.

Step 3

Contact the Registrar's Offices of the other institutions that you have attended that are not currently included in the application request for electonic transcripts.

Step 4

Complete the Supplmentary application form and send it to our office. Here's the form. The address to send the form is on it.

Please also e-mail Shari Nemirovsky (Team Leader Admissions) snemiro@uwo.ca to indicate that you have applied to this program.

Application Fees

The application fee for a part-time application is $54. If you have attended a post-secondary institution there is also a single non-refundable evaluation fee of $75.

After Applying

Once we receive your application, we will send you an acknowledgment letter outlining any further documentation that we require to process your application. Please apply as soon as possible as the part-time application deadline is July 1st.

Please contact the Admissions Office if you have any questions or concerns about making an application.
