Reconsideration of Admission
A request for reconsideration is a request for exemption from a Senate regulation or the ruling of an Admissions Committee regarding admission, readmission and/or transfer credit. The grounds for reconsideration may include medical, compassionate, or extenuating circumstances. Requests must be based on significant new information, judged to be germane by the Admissions Committee.
Applicants seeking readmission to Western or to an Affiliated University College (Brescia, Huron or King's) following withdrawal for unsatisfactory academic standing should contact the Undergraduate Admissions office well in advance of the deadline. You must apply by the appropriate deadline in order to be considered for admission.
In addition to a regular application through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC), you must also complete the form below.
