Beyond the classroom, Kenisha was actively involved in campus life, including serving on Western's Strategic Planning Steering Committee, the Board of Directors for the Western University Student Council and as a student representative for the Western’s Board of Governors. Through these roles, Kenisha helped shape the future of campus!

Co-founded with her sister during the pandemic, The “HopeSisters” is a non-profit organization with the core mission of bringing hope and joy. What began as a heartfelt initiative has expanded into a global movement, with a network of 50 chapters and 5,000 dedicated "HopeSpreaders" worldwide. These compassionate volunteers devote their time to sending thoughtful cards to seniors and distributing HopeBags to children in foster care.
