Ready to accept? Here's how you do it.
When you click on an "Accept" link in your Student Center or Choose Western Offer Portal, it will take you to the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC). You have to accept your offer on the OUAC.
- Log in to your OUAC account
- Select "View Offers"
- Select the eye icon on the offer you want to accept
- Click “Accept” to accept your offer
- Click “I’m ready to submit my response/changes”
- Verify your application information, review the Applicant’s Declaration and click “I verify and agree”

Why is my offer on Student Center but not OUAC?
Your offer will appear on your Student Center and Choose Western Offer Portal as soon as we give it to you, but it can take a few days for this to update on OUAC. So, don't worry if your offer doesn't show up on OUAC right away — it will.
You will receive a confirmation number from OUAC by email.
Since we have to get your acceptance from OUAC, it can take a few days for your offer to show as accepted on your Choose Western Offer Portal and Student Center.
If your offer is conditional, you will need to send us your final transcripts to show you have met your admission conditions.
You can check your admission conditions on your Choose Western Offer Portal. Final transcripts must be official, so be sure to review your conditions for how to submit!
Your deadline to accept your offer of admission will be on your Choose Western Offer Portal and in your official offer letter. Don't miss it! Once an offer expires, or you decline it, you may not be able to get it back.
If you're still waiting for a decision on another program (at Western or at another university), you can accept the offer you have while you wait.
If you accept an offer to another university but decide you want to accept your offer to Western, you can change your decision on OUAC as long as it's before the offer's deadline.
