Pay Your Fees

How Much?

Your tuition bill will be available at the beginning of July. It’s calculated once you enrol in courses. We’ll send you an email when your fees are posted on Student Center. 

Tuition is different for everyone. Calculate an estimate using our Financial Resource Workbook and International Financial Resource Workbook.

Costs are outlined in your Statement of Account. To find this: 

1. Log in to your Student Center
2. Find the Student Financials tile
3. Select “Statement of Account” (remember, this won’t be available until July)

Fees include: 

• Tuition 
• Residence 
• Other, including your bus pass, Orientation Week pass, and health and dental plan

When?

There are two payment plan options for undergraduate students. You'll automatically be on the Standard Payment Plan unless you request otherwise.

Standard Payment Plan

• Pay in two installments: August 3, 2026 and December 1, 2026
• Automatic option
• No additional fee

Flexible Payment Plan

• Pay in six installments
• Submit a Payment Plan Request by August 17, 2026
• $120 fee

How?

Canadian Bank Accounts: 

• Online bank transfer
• Cheque/money order
• CIBC Student Pay

International: 

• International bank transfer using either:
  • CIBC International Student Pay
  • Convera

What about OSAP, Scholarships and Bursaries?

Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP)

• Apply for OSAP before June 30 if you need the money to help pay for your first installment
• You may still need to pay some fees in August if your first installment of OSAP doesn't cover all of your fees

Scholarships

• If you receive these scholarships, they will be deducted from your first installment in August:
  
  • Admission Scholarships for Black and Indigenous Students
  • Continue in Canada Admission Scholarship
  • National Scholarship Program
  • Welcome to Canada Admission Scholarship
  • Western Scholarship of Excellence
• If you receive these scholarships, they will be deducted from your second installment:
  • Western Admission Scholarship
  • Western Scholarship of Distinction

Admission Bursaries

• Complete the Admission Bursary Application by July 9, 2026 to apply for Admission Bursaries and Need Based Awards
• If you receive an Admission Bursary, the funds will be deducted from your first installment in August
• If you receive a Need Based Award, the funds will be deducted from your second installment
