• A minimum cumulative average in your college or university studies so far 
• Requirements specific to your program 
• English proficiency requirements (if English isn’t your first language)

How to apply

We’re here to help you research the best way to fund for your studies. With $26.5M+ in financial assistance available, there’ll be something to help you. 

Western offers ten transfer student admission scholarships. 

We’ll automatically consider you for an admission scholarship based on your admission average—no need to apply! You’ll need to be transferring to an upper year of an undergraduate program at Western’s Main Campus. 

We’ll automatically assess you for transfer credit after you accept your offer and you give us all required documents. These are credits from your college or university studies that you can put towards your degree at Western.

We look at your courses individually to see if we can grant you credit. In general, you’ll need at a minimum final grade of 60% to receive credit for a course.

After you accept your offer, be sure to make a Western Launch: 1-1 Course Advising appointment. We’ll help you find the best way to use your credits. Once you start at Western, academic counselling is here for you.
